KGS Masterworks "Heroic Beauty"

Join the Knox-Galesburg Symphony as they return to the stage of The Orpheum Theatre for “Heroic Beauty”, the third Masterworks concert of the season. Brendan Townsend joins the KGS to conduct this larger than life concert. Hear works from some of the greatest operas, featuring Knox's own Alison Meuth, as well as Beethoven's 3rd Symphony, Arcangelo Corelli's Concerto Op. 6 no. 1, and "For a Beautiful Land" a work which according to it's composer is "an expression of my love for Iowa and its people."
