Graham Health System Human Resources Recruiter

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, source, and hire top talent for the organization. This includes identifying hiring needs, developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The HR Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong employer brand. The recruiter will represent Graham Health System externally by attending job fairs and career days, and participating in other external activities. Reports to the Director of Human Resources.
 

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience with recruitment, or human resources.
  • Computer experience in Word, Excel and Publishing preferred.
