I am the Executive Director of the Galesburg Public Library Foundation, with over two decades of involvement with the library. My journey began 25 years ago when I first obtained a library card in Galesburg. I have been a patron, volunteer, and library employee, developing a deep connection with the institution. Recently, I played a key role in a successful capital campaign, securing $4.2 million to build a new, state-of-the-art library. I am committed to strengthening the Foundation's mission, envisioning the library as a vibrant hub of knowledge, inspiration, and community connection for future generations.

Having been a stay- at -home mom, served as the director of multiple non-profits, and a self-employed business owner, I learned to prioritize where money goes. I want to help individuals and families build a strong financial house. I tell my clients to name every dollar that comes to you, otherwise, it will name itself as is walks out the door! Having your financial house in order doesn’t mean that bad things won’t happen, it means that if they do, you are prepared to handle it.

As the Branch Manager for Community State Bank (CSB) in Galesburg, Illinois, I bring nearly 10 years of experience in the banking industry to my role. Beyond helping our customers achieve their financial goals, my true passion lies in community engagement and local advocacy. I strongly believe that a bank should be the heartbeat of its neighborhood, and I am deeply energized by CSB's robust commitment to Galesburg. Whether we are volunteering our time, supporting local events, or partnering with regional organizations, I love rolling up my sleeves and working alongside a team that is genuinely invested in building a stronger, more vibrant future for everyone in our community.
